Thousand Currents will never share, sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card data, etc.), regardless of its source, to any third parties. This applies to both online and offline donations. Thousand Currents’ privacy policy is compliant with the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Code of Ethical Standards.

 

Online Donations

Donations made via thousandcurrents.org are processed through Classy.org and are subject to their privacy policy. Classy.org collects a variety of personal information in order to properly process the donation. This personal information may include: name, address, phone, email address, credit card information, and donation amount.

Classy.org does not use the personal information that donors provide for any purpose except to complete the transaction and to provide a confirmation (receipt) for the donation. Individuals who donate to Thousand Currents, online or otherwise, are subscribed to our email list and have the option to opt out.
