Team Member

Zahra Vieneuve (she/her/hers) is the Vice President of Philanthropic Partnerships and Influence at Thousand Currents. She is dedicated to social justice and transforming narratives around resources and power through trust-based relationships. Previously, she worked with Marin Community Foundation, Global Fund for Women, and various social justice organizations across the Middle East and North Africa. Zahra has successfully led teams to raise over $28 million annually. She is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and has two Master’s degrees, in Political Science from the University of Geneva, and in International and Comparative Education from the American University in Cairo.
